Peace Inducing Pranayama: Nadi Shodhana
Nadi Shodhana is a powerful and natural way to calm your mind, and reduce stress in just a matter of minutes. Nadi means “channel,” and shodhana means “cleansing” or “purifying.” This is my go to ritual when I feel overwhelmed and ungrounded and need a quick energetic shift. I recommend doing a few rounds right before meditation to allow you to sink deeper during your meditation.
