Are you waking up each day going through the motions of going to work, coming home, eating, watching TV and sleeping?  As you repeat this cycle year after year do you find yourself complaining that you are bored and unsatisfied? Are you are waiting for opportunities to appear, for growth to magically unfold without taking any steps to support and encourage that change?

If you’re not consciously taking steps towards the life you want each day, you’re giving up your power. This is a low-vibrational existence and you are worth so much more. When we’re operating from a high-vibrational frequency, we feel joy, connection and balance. We experience synchronicities and are able to manifest our desires and experience the beauty that is all around us.

Think of it this way: whether you’re actively and consciously creating your life, it’s going to happen. Whatever path you wind up on is a direct creation of the attitudes, thoughts and actions you have each day. Consciously choosing your path takes desire, energy and determination. I know you have it in you. Any one of the eleven tips below will create rapid and positive change in your life. If you do them all—look out world!

Detox the Low Vibrations
Put your life under the microscope. Be honest about which low-vibe habits and conditions are keeping you from the life you deserve. Ditching the following low vibrators is a great place to start!

  • junk food; anything heavy or processed
  • negative words, thoughts and actions and people
  • florescent lights
  • synthetic fabrics
  • staying at a job you hate
  • mainstream media—particularly television news
Bring in The High Vibration 
    • Create a Sacred Space
      Create a sacred space where you can meditate or simply sit in silence for at least ten minutes a day. This allows you to go inward, become more aware of your thoughts and connect to your higher self. Inner guidance comes in a light whisper and it's important that we get quiet enough to hear it. 
    • Take Inventory of Your Inner Dialogue
      For an entire day, record as many thoughts as you can capture in a journal. You may be surprised at how much of your mental default setting is composed of thoughts that don’t serve your highest good. As the late, great Louise Hay said, “It’s only a thought, and a thought can be changed.” Commit to starting each day with a powerful, uplifting message. For example,“ I am creating the perfect life for me.”
    • Create a Personal Mantra 
      Silently repeat a simple affirmation to yourself throughout the day. For example, you could say, "I am powerfully creating my life.” While you’re at it, change your computer password to something uplifting such as SoGrateful123.
    • Be Grateful
      Even on the most challenging day, there’s always something to be grateful for. Each morning, before you get out of bed, think of three things you’re grateful for. Write them down in a gratitude journal while you drink your matcha. This simple ritual can radically change how you experience life. The shift from victimhood to a grateful life is one of the most powerful gifts you can offer yourself.  
    • Adorn Your Life in Crystals   
      Crystals carry some of the highest vibrations on earth and are a must have for a high-vibe life. Choose stones that you are drawn to and read about the messages they have for you. Find that stone in a bracelet or necklace and wear it each day.  Bless your home—especially your sacred space—with your favourite raw crystals.
    • Move Your Body
      Find an exercise you love. Getting our chi flowing each day is crucial for raising energy and nourishing emotional well being. If you’re feeling heavy and weighed down, crank your favourite high-vibe music and dance to restore your natural state of joy and peace.  
    • Eat Fresh, Healthy Food
      We’ve all heard the expression "You are what you eat." Well, we vibe what we eat too! All food has a vibration. Fresh, healthy, organic fruits and veggies raise our vibration, while processed, nutrient-depleted ones tank it. Consciously choose foods that are worthy of your beautiful self.  
    • Find High-vibe Teachers and Friends
      There are so many inspiring teachers, books and classes available. Search the Internet for teachers you can listen to for daily support in your high-vibe mission. Joining classes is a great way to meet people who are on the same path as you. You may notice as you raise your vibration, that certain toxic relationships simply disappear from your life, leaving space for more satisfying connections.
    • Consume Inspiring Content
      Create an elevated mental environment by watching, listening to and reading things that uplift you. Every form of media has a vibration.  Notice how you feel after consuming content. Swap out mindless streaming for Gaia TV or a good book a few times a week.  Remember, everything we experience has vibrational energy—take charge of your environment!
      • Be in Nature
        Nature is the quickest way to boost your vibration. Trees, flowers, rocks, water—all of Mother Nature’s gifts help to clear your mind, ground you, and guide you back to a place of inner peace. Walk in nature as a form of meditation by consciously focusing on your breath and being present with your surroundings.
